Verizon DSL Communications from Hell

I have had a dsl account with verizon since 3/2010, found out on 6/23 that had been billed for the wrong type of account. Our speed was reduced from 1.5/384 to 768/128 and without consent I might add by a woman working there named Latoya. After 3 hours of phone conversation with some very unhelpful people I was finally able to reach a supervisor named Claudette Herret who was very helpful and got my service back up to speed, got me the right kind of account at $24.99/mo instead of $44.99 that I was overcharged. (A young man named David in billing - the only other helpful person I spoke too) had already arranged a $250.00 credit to my account for over charges. Ms. Herret informed me on 6/24/11 that our account would be residential at $24.99 month, speed 1.5/384 and a $250.00 credit applied to the account. Said she was going on vacation and would call me back on 7/6/11 when she returned. In the meantime we got an email saying our account would be charged 24.99 for 12 months then go to 39.99, I called just about billing and unfortunately go Latoya on the phone again who changed my account back to 768/128. Have been fighting to get it right again every since. Now "floor supervisor" Robert says I'm going to be charged $44.99 again for the 1.5/384 speed. I told him NO NO NO... it is to be 1.5/384, 24.99 per month and $250 credit. So hopefully Ms. Herrett till get back to me on the 6th and I can get this mess straightened out once and for all. I have used approx 500  minutes of my Verizon cell phone minutes to to talk to these people. Customer service at Verizon communications is very poor!
